Owners will be required to be present for old or sick dogs and for large & x large dogs.

The Tidy Up (plus $10)
This service includes

A wash and blow dry as above

Eyes and ears gently cleaned

Nails trimmed if necessary

Hair around the eyes, feet and bottom trimmed

Wash & Blow Dry
This service includes:

A brush through to detangle any small knots
or tangles (see below for matted & shedding dogs)

The Ears and Eyes gently cleaned.

Hydrobath - A single or double warm hydrobath wash using a high quality shampoo,
a thorough rinse and a flea rinse to leave your dogs coat looking clean, healthy and smelling great.

Blow Dry - Our high velocity drier will dry the coat all the way through leaving it soft, shiny
and ready to cuddle.

Matted Dogs

Dogs who are badly knotted or matted may not be able to use our current services. Most knots simply do not "wash" out and the high velocity dryer and combs do not work properly.

If your dog is matted or knotted it is easier on the dog and less time consuming to have your dog clipped short and start again. Once your dog has been clipped and dematted we are happy to wash it, brush and tidy it inbetween clipping appointments. (sorry we are currently not clipping dogs).

Heavily Shedding dogs

For some dogs the change of seasons brings on a coat change and your once clean floor turns into carpet of dog hair. It is possible to reduce the amount of shedding by brushing and blowing out the old under coat with the high velocity dryer.. This extra brushing takes time so extra charges may apply depending on the amount of shedding .

Please note that the more a dog is groomed the easier and quicker each visit will be.
We recommend that owners make time to brush their dogs regularly and have them professionally washed and groomed every 4 to 6 weeks in order to maintain a healthy clean unmatted coat.
